Project Background
Boundary Sports is a leading Cricket, Football, Hockey, Rugby and Netball equipment and personalised club clothing supplier to sporting clubs throughout the UK and beyond.

The current business focus was targetted towards traditional methods of mail order catologue and shop units. Without any web site presence in place Boundary Sports was losing considerable ground over it's competitors who already embraced the web.

Solution Delivered
Web Eminent under took extensive research to compare and contrast the competition and put together an e-commerce solution which enabled Boundary Sports to leverage it's strong brand position within the online market place.

The solution Web Eminent delivered enabled Boundary Sports to manage their huge stock lines through a bespoke content management system.  This meant that over 1000 product lines could be maintained and updated live to ensure Boundary Sports are always ahead of their competitors prices and latest offers, leaving them in total control. 

Web Eminent also implemented an e-commerce solution to enable transactions and orders to be managed via the web site using Boundary Sports preferred payment provider.

Web Eminent also undertook a e-marketing strategy via a bespoke e-newsletter subscription system which delivered latest offers and new product arrivals directly to customers and subscribers inbox. This further encouraged repeat traffic to the web site and consequently drove up further sales. Print based advertising campaigns in regional and industry focussed publications were also delivered to further support this.
